These are the terms of service for www.petbeing.co.uk owned by Petbeing Ltd.

Definitions
The “Website” refers to www.petbeing.co.uk.
“Agreement” refers to these terms of service which lay out the rules and regulations relating to the use of the Website and its services.
The “Company’ means Petbeing Ltd, also referred to as “We,” “Us” and “Our” as well as its directors, subsidiaries, contractors and employees.
“Venue(s)” also referred to as “Business Owner(s)” relates to anyone who has registered their Pet Service Business onto the Website and is offering their Services for sale.
“Pet Owner(s)” also referred to as “Customers” and “Clients” means anyone who looks to purchase services through the Website.
“Customer Account” refers to the account required for purchasing a Service through the Website. Anyone signed up as a Venue will automatically have a Customer Account created.
“Venue Account” is when a Business Owner has signed up to one of the three business account options.
“Users” also referred to as ‘You’ refers to all users of the website whether just browsing, or signed up to an Account.
“Petbeing Venue Services” refers to the Free and Paid business account options available to Pet Service Businesses located in the UK.
“Petbeing Pet Owner Services” refers to the online search and booking service available to Pet Owners located in the UK.
“Service(s)” refers to the pet services provided and sold by the Venue through the Website.
“Commission” refers to the commission displayed on the Features and Pricing page and is payable by Venues to the Company.
“Order” means any purchase made by a Pet Owner for any Venue Service by either eVoucher or by Dated Booking through the Website or Widget.
“Dated Booking” means an Order made for a Venue Service on the Website, where at the time of making the Booking the Customer chooses a time and date for the service purchased.
“eVoucher Booking” is when a Pet Owner makes an Order for a Venue Service for a specific price but no date and time has been chosen yet. The Pet Owner will receive the eVoucher via email.

Acceptance of Agreement
This Agreement applies to all users of the Website. By continuing to browse and use this Website, you are agreeing to comply with the Agreement. If you disagree with any part of this Agreement please do not use or access the Website or its services.

Petbeing & Pet Owner Relationship
Customer Account Holders
To purchase a Service you will need to create an account using an email address and secure password. Anyone with a Customer Account is responsible for keeping their account secure.
You must be over 18 to create a Customer Account.
Customer Account Holders are responsible for all activity from their account. Petbeing are not responsible for any losses or damages from any unauthorised use of a Customer Account. Please contact Us if an account has had it’s security breached in anyway.
Anyone signing up as a Business Owner on the Website will automatically have a Customer Account created which will be assigned to the same email address and password used on Business sign up.

Responsibilities
Petbeing connects Pet Owners with Pet Service Venues. The Services made available to buy on the Website are sold by our third party Venues. They will conclude all aspects of the Order. Petbeing is the booking agent and are not liable for the Services you receive from the Venue. We are not the service provider. We will of course still aim to help in the event of a problem regarding a Venue or Service.

Billing and Payments
Payments are collected by Petbeing on behalf of the Venues, acting as their booking agent, and will be released to the Venue on completion of the Order.
Petbeing do not store any credit or debit card details, these are all held by our third party payment providers Stripe and Paypal. Prices include VAT unless otherwise stated on the Venue page.

Services
Venues are responsible for providing their Services to satisfactory standards.
Pet Owners are responsible for notifying the Venue of any health conditions their pets may have. Petbeing and the Venue will not be liable for any injury, damages or losses suffered resulting from failure to disclose such information before the Service. Pet Owners are solely responsible for making decisions in the best interests of themselves and their pets.

eVouchers
eVouchers have an expiry date which can range from one month to one year,
please check the details carefully. eVouchers can be redeemed either online through the booking link on the eVoucher page, or by calling the Venue and arranging a date and time.

Cancellations, Amendments and Refunds
Online Dated Bookings are non-refundable from Petbeing. Each Venue will have their own amendment and cancellation policy but they are under no obligation to offer a refund. Pet Owners should check each Venue’s Cancellation Policy carefully. If an online Dated Booking amendment or cancellation is required, then please contact the Venue directly.
eVouchers are non-refundable but the booking date can be amended at the discretion of the Venue. Please contact the Venue for any amendments regarding changing the date of an eVoucher booking.
If you have an issue with a Venue, or if they have cancelled your Order or failed to conclude this in anyway then please contact us immediately at support@petbeing.co.uk.

Liability
When using the Website, or purchasing a Service from a Venue you are agreeing that Petbeing and its Affiliates and Directors, are not held liable for any damages, losses or claims that arise from the Order, or any losses or damages you encounter from your use of the Website.

Cancelling an Account
If you would like to cancel your Customer Account then please contact support@petbeing.co.uk. Please note that Petbeing reserves the right to suspend, or delete a Customer Account, as well as withdraw access to Website in the event of any unlawful or fraudulent activity.

Petbeing & Venue Partnership
Venue Account Holders
There are three account options on Petbeing for Business Owners to sign up to and offer their Services for sale.
You must be over 18 years of age to create a Venue Account.

Services
Venues have a responsibility to ensure the Services and prices they set on their Venue page are correct. Each Venue is agreeing that when a Service is purchased by a Pet Owner you have full responsibility in ensuring this is carried out to adequate standards and

Billing and Payments
It is free to list your business on Petbeing, if you use the starter account this is also free to use and will always remain free. Venue Account holders who sign up to the Standard and Pro accounts agree to pay all applicable monthly subscription charges when signed up to a paid account. VAT will be applied to all monthly subscription charges. Payments will be taken each month.
For bookings and appointments added manually into a Venue calendar, through the Venue Dashboard, there is no commission charged. Any bookings that have been placed online through the Venue Web Page will be subject to a commission fee of 15% paid to Petbeing for providing the online booking software and for connecting the Venue with the pet owner customer. Venues who are signed up and have services available to buy on their Venue Web Page agree to this commission fee.

Upgrading, Downgrading, Cancelling Accounts
You can upgrade your account at any time by clicking on the upgrade link in the Venue Dashboard. There is a 2 month notice period on downgrading or cancelling your account. You can request to downgrade your account through the Venue Dashboard. To cancel your account completely please contact support@petbeing.co.uk.

Cancellations and refunds
Petbeing does not offer cancellation or refund options to Customers. If you need to cancel or amend an Order that you have sold then you must inform the Customer as soon as possible and offer alternatives. All Venues can set their own Cancellation and Amendment policy for the Services you sell. Please be clear in letting the Customer know what your rules are. If you are having difficulty with a Customer then please contact support@petbeing.co.uk.

Cancelling an Account
There is a 2 month notice period for cancelling your Venue Account. If you would like to cancel your account then please contact support@petbeing.co.uk.

Security
Petbeing uses SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) standard security technology for establishing an encrypted link between the web server and a browser. This ensures that all data passed between the web server and browsers remain private and integral. SSL is an industry standard and is used to protect online transactions.

Privacy and Cookies Policy
Petbeing collects information on sign up. All personal information is used in accordance with the Data Protection Act.

Indemnification
All Users understand and agree to indemnify and hold Petbeing and their Affiliates harmless from and against any and all liabilities and costs, including legal fees, incurred by Petbeing in connection with any claim arising out of your breach of the Agreement.

Liability
All Users understand and agree that Petbeing does not accept any liability for any type of direct or indirect loss or damages, including loss or revenue, loss of business, loss of profits, loss of savings, loss of data, whether caused by breach of contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise, even if the loss is foreseeable.

Governing Law
These Terms of Service will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England.

Terms of Service Amendments
Petbeing has the right to amend this Agreement at any time. The ‘Last updated’ date will be updated each time this Agreement is amended. It is the responsibility of all users, Pet Owners and Business Owners, to check any amendments, as your continued use of the website means you are in agreement with the updated Terms of Service.
